A map of how the work takes shape
These are the areas where the work tends to happen.
There are no fixed paths or predefined packages.
We start with the context and take it from there.
Strategic Consulting and Advisory
I work with entrepreneurs, founders, and senior leaders when questions of direction and complexity can no longer be solved by execution alone.
This work often starts with questions like:
- finding clarity when the situation is uncertain
- navigating transitions and growth without losing direction
- aligning ambition with real capacity and constraints
- making decisions that shape long-term direction
The emphasis is on clear thinking before decisive action.
Coaching
Coaching becomes relevant when the real challenge is not only external, but internal.
In these situations, coaching helps with:
- gaining clarity in leadership role
- taking responsibility for decisions
- staying steady under pressure
- engaging with change consciously
Coaching is used when it truly serves the situation not as a default solution.
Mentoring
I mentor trainers, coaches, consultants, and entrepreneurs who want to build a consulting practice grounded in depth, responsibility, and sustainable achievement over time.
This work is especially relevant for professionals who:
- are leaving a corporate role and starting a consulting or advisory career
- are consultants who want to move from solo delivery to a more sustainable system
- are coaches working toward ICF accreditation (ACC, PCC, or MCC)
- are growing or scaling a consulting-based practice
The focus here is on:
- perspective shaped by lived experience
- learning what holds over time
- making decisions that support both direction and results
Training
Training is used when a group or organization needs to build shared understanding, a common language, or practical capability.
This may include work on:
- leadership capacity and responsibility
- communication and decision-making
- identity, presence, and ownership
- navigating complexity and change
In some cases, training is built around my signature frameworks, My Identity Journey and My Leadership Journey, when deeper, identity-level work is required.
Training is practical, grounded, and always tied to real situations and real work.
