I learned how to reflect on the core of my values, motivations, and strengths. I reached out to Pedja Jovanovic in 2014 to help me prepare for Deloitte Central Europe partnership accession process. This process was the focal point of my career and I needed to be my best. Working with Pedja helped me reflect on the core of my values, motivations, and strengths. This process of self-reflection helped me realize what my true career goals and potentials are and how to communicate those in most efficient, engaging and enthusiastic way. Pedja did not only help me to successfully complete very demanding and meticulous partner accession process, more importantly he helped me be more successful in my career way beyond partner accession. The skills and self-reflection I learned while working with Pedja I am able to use in my every day work.

Authentic, open and ready to answer all our questions. l attended a PCM training excellently facilitated by Pedja Jovanovic. PCM is probably the best and most productive training I have ever completed. I must admit that the training was very inspirational and I would say life changing as well! Self-awareness is so important nowadays and with Pedja and PCM I got excellent tools for getting to know myself and the ones around me better, or learnt how to identify the signs of distress and to tackle them timely and effectively. After 35 years in corporate environment I realized importance of coaching. I met Pedja in his role as trainer during an Art and Science Of Coaching course held in Atria, Prague. This came at a time of big importance in my life as I embarked on the coaching path after thirty five years in the corporate work place. Pedja endowed all of us trainees with so much more than just the content of the course but also his passion for the topic and wish for us to succeed. His training method is beyond compare and I feel thankful to have been part of his class. Pedja’s influence on me goes much further than the training room however, as I also feel a drive and belief that has been installed in me by him telling me this is the path I should be on and that I can do it. I have had several great teachers in my life, Pedja is one of them. I met Pedja in 2015 during one of the modules of the Erickson TASC “The Art and Science of coaching” and – as someone who has experienced a lot of training and education throughout my professional life as executive, entrepreneur, therapist and coach – experienced him a highly professional trainer and coach with the perfect mix of facts, tools and emotional intelligence. When I decided to go for my International Coaching Federation certification as a Professional Certified Coach, I thus choose Pedja to accompany me through the 10 hours mentoring process as my mentor. Although I could call myself then (3 years ago) as a professional, very experienced coach I profited immensely from our sessions, due to the finest feedback and at the same time coach position atmosphere Pedja managed to create and lead me into on a real master level. This man knows sales and business training!. Predrag demonstrated really top-notch presentaiton skills during our trainer training course. One of his presentations dealt with some highly nuanced sales concepts. An after dinner presentation had 40+ people energised and charged up and learning some very useful self organization concepts that participants were still discussing the next day. In short--very effective.

Pedja manages to give us hudge number of development tools. I ticked Pedja Jovanovic is my personal trainer although I am a part of a group on NLP Master Practitioner at NLP Centar. The reason for this is cause Pedja manages to give us hudge number of development tools, so each of us can have what he/she needs in his/her personal, educational and professional development. Excellent manager. I have pleasure to work with Pedja in organization of training "The Art and Science of Coaching" in Belgrade from 4th to 7th March 2011 lead by Marilyn Atkinson one of the best experts in field of coaching. His demos were something special, a real value for me. I met Pedja during "The art and science of coaching” training, held in A1 Makedonija last year. As one of the participants and as a psychologist, I must say, I was impressed by his knowledge and in depth understanding of human psychology. Able to explain most complicated things in very simple way. I've had an amazing opportunity to work with Pedja during two cycles of NLP training. He is an amazing trainer and facilitator and is able to explain most complicated things in very simple way leading you step by step. He knows NLP inside out and is proficient with teaching and motivating people in the group. Group dynamics was very good during his sessions and he used his skills to “manipulate” our attention in order to get us closer to his/our teaching goals. I would highly recommend him for any kind of facilitating or training, either personally or for company event, you won’t be disappointed, and you’ll get full value for money invested. A spark for flame. When I was nominated to be part of my company that will participate on Coaching training last year, I was thinking as a chance to put another badge in my professional CV. Few months later I’m different person with completely different view on whole life. I am an Electro-technical Engineer with 15+ years’ experience in telecommunication industry. I love my professional duty, but in behind I like to surf on my own past, that’s why I was interested about my individual unconscious. I am working 13 years with Jung’s psychoanalyst and I found a lot of things about myself. But… but when I met Pedja on Coaching training session few months ago, I realized that it’s not about time that I spent and it’s not about knowledge that I gained, it is matter that I opened a completely new door.
