Context before credentials
My work is shaped less by titles and more by experience – by what happens when responsibility, uncertainty, and real decisions meet.
I work as a strategic consultant because my professional life has been lived at that intersection:
- between ambition and limitation
- between clarity and complexity
- between inner alignment and external results
A practitioner’s path
Over the past 18+ years, I have built and led businesses, teams, and leadership practices across different international contexts.
I am the founder of Atria Group International and work as a trainer, consultant and coach in international settings.
Over the years, working across more than 40 countries with entrepreneurs, founders, senior leaders, and organizations, I have seen where strategies, leadership models, and development frameworks work and where they quietly fail.
What endures over time is not the method itself, but the quality of thinking behind it.
Consulting as a way of thinking
I do not approach my work as a provider of ready-made solutions.
I approach it as a practice of clarity.
My consulting mindset is grounded in a few simple principles:
- systemic thinking and diagnosis before action
- respect for context, timing, and responsibility
- understanding the cost of wrong decisions not just missed opportunities
- aligning inner clarity with concrete outcomes
This perspective allows people to move forward decisively without losing internal connection or long-term direction.
Professional grounding
Alongside lived experience, my work is grounded in extensive hands-on practice:
- more than 10,000 hours of consulting and coaching work
- more than 2,000 training and facilitation days
- continuous hands-on application across diverse methodologies
Alongside my consulting work, I am a certified coach, consultant, trainer, and master trainer across multiple internationally recognized methodologies, including the Process Communication Model (PCM), Saville Assessment, Wingwave, Workz business simulations, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Persona Global methodologies.
I hold ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) accreditation and work as a senior trainer and mentor with Erickson Coaching International, with additional experience across SHL-based assessment frameworks.
These methodologies are integrated pragmatically, as lenses for understanding and decision-making — rather than applied as fixed or standalone solutions.
Credentials matter only when they serve real practice.
Identity, achievement, and the unexpected
A central theme of my work is the relationship between:
- inner clarity
- meaningful achievement
- and the capacity to deal with the unexpected
This perspective is embodied in my original framework, My Identity Journey, which explores how people expand identity, deliver results, and stay grounded, especially when certainty is no longer available.
I am a co-creator of the My Identity Journey program and co-author of the book.
How I choose my work?
I am selective about the work I take on.
I work best with people who:
- carry real responsibility
- are accountable for outcomes and concrete results
- are willing to question direction, not just execution
- value clarity, depth, and ownership over quick answers
I am interested in work that leads to real decisions and real results.
